The room and view was great. I wish it had a usable fridge to store extra stuff i.e. medicines. The only problem was with the shower. A design flaw with the shower door caused the marble floor in the bathroom to be covered with water when the shower was running. We had maintenance come out 3 times over the course of 4 days. End result was that we placed towels down to soak up the mess... Lots of towels.

From the minute you get there, until you leave, you are treated with the absolute best courtesy. The staff is amazing, and super helpful. Stayed there for 4 days and didn't experience ONE down side, at all. Location on the strip is great, right across the mall with a huge food court, if you're not feeling up to something fancy. I will recommend this hotel to EVERYONE.

Encore is one of my favorite hotels. Always clean, staff is friendly and it's located right across from the Fashion Show Mall. We are actually staying there again in September. I look foward to it.

This is a beautiful hotel! The staff are very helpful and very respectful. Additionally, the beds are AMAZINGLY comfortable and super clean! On the downside, the food is RIDICULOUSLY expensive. Seriously, it's like highway robbery. I ordered a plain turkey club sandwich from room service once along with a diet coke and the bill was $40 bucks. The sandwich was not huge, and there were no sides. The coke was a mini can and wasn't even the standard 8 oz. size you get from a vending machine. Plus, they automatically add in the gratuity, which, if I remember correctly, is 18%. The other bad thing about the hotel was that the rooms are much smaller than they appear in the photos. If it looks huge, it probably isn't. It's still nice, but it's simply not going to be as big as you thought.

The pool area is fantastic. 30-50 somethings that want to enjoy fun in the sun without collge age fools. Why is it the more you pay for a hotel, the fewer amenities you get? Would have loved coffee in my room. Lunch food selections were limited but felt the service and the clientel at the European pool were fabulous.
