The staff was very welcoming and helped me in every way possible! I will most definitely be a guest at this hotel again! The lounge was very luxurious, one thing that impressed me the most was Doina, one of the staff, she was friendly & very attentive. Don't really get all this attention anywhere else. Would recommend to everyone to stay at this place, can't wait for another business trip to Phoenix to get spoiled again!

I really thought the staff was good. The only thing I was surprised at is the cost for Wi Fi. Are you kidding me? I stay at alot cheaper hotels that offer free Wi Fi. I don't want to pay for a service at an expensive hotel that I get for free in a cheaper, but still very nice, hotel. That needs to change if I stay there again. Or I'll choose a place that has free WiFi.

The entrances and public spaces were lofty and visually interesting, stone tile floors and intricate glass work on chandeliers and walls offered artistic aesthetic. Bars and restaurants were very nice, priced well, and offered great service. The gym facility was comprehensive, free weights, treadmills, elipticals, and a good variety of weight machines offered a beautiful view of the roof-top pool. Rooms were clean, well-maintained, linens were crisp, beds were comfy. Altogether, the stay was quite pleasant.

This was by far the best hotel I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. The staff there made us feel like we were the only two people in the hotel, from the Concierge to the very helpful valet staff. Our room was gorgeous, hotel was beautiful but we were definitely blown away by the attentive staff! We will definitely return!
