    Service at this facility was far better than is typical of hilton. quality of facility about perfect. limited menu choices apparantly due to pre-packaging.

    My wife and I stayed here for a night after we got married and we were impressed with the room we were given. It had an amazing view of the harbor and the city. We would definitely recommend this particular hotel due to its location.

    I had an easy time extending my stay and did not have to move from my room of 5 days prior. Some staff were very accommodating while others fell well below the standard expected at a Hilton. In my stay from the 10th - 16th, there were a few venues going on and this hotel and they certainly visibly and verbally catered to other venues as priorty over the conference I attended. I have been to this hotel 2 years and the conciere was not helpful and actually rude to others as I waited in line. Beautiful scenery here, I hope they get the few problems addressed.

    It's a 45 minute walk to downtown so this hotel was a bit out of the way for me. I would have appreciated free wi-fi and a better view: mine was of the DOLE plant. It is a clean, beautiful hotel with a good staff!
