We had an overnight stay as we were cruising the next day. We found the hotel to be comfortable and clean. No restaurant on the premises but plenty nearby. Staff were helpful and accommodating. All in all will certainly consider a stay at la consular again.

My family of 7 spent one wonderful week and our overall experience was positive. Frindly staff. comfortable spacoius room. Excellent location with low cost parking arrangements. Peaceful environment Near many food stores and restaurants. Good water quality free of smells or bad taste. I can't find anything bad to say even though Am trying. Continental breakfast would have been nice.

The stay was absolutely perfect. It is not your typical hotel with conference rooms, dinning rooms, huge lobby, and whatnot, but it is perfect for a good night sleep. The location is perfect for night life. Restaurants just a short walk from the hotel. There is some noise from cars on the street but nothing too out-of-control. Hotel has taken care of parking, which is just a short walk around the block. Bottom line, nice place to stay, middle of everything, comfortable and relaxing.

Basic hotel close to beach and lots of shopping. Not for those looking for lots of bells and whistles, or spending all your time at the hotel. Great for people on the go. Nice pool, and it's only 75 cents to take the bus to old San Juan. Comfy beds. Very private . staff great and help you learn how to navigate the city
