Please have no doubts whatsoever when booking this hotel for the first time that you will be completely over the top amazed. My husband and I went here with 2 other couples and they all agreed the minute we left that we would be back again. We were nervous the second time b/c we thought for sure it must be a fluke for this place to be as wonderful and amazingly the second time completely lived up to it. We each got different rooms one couple got the Presidente suite one couple got the swim up balcony suite and we got the Jr royal suite with a king bed. Each room was absolutly amazing. One caution would be that if you are getting the swim up balcony room you will have the music to contend with on the left side of the building. The food is amazing the room service is prompt and yummy the staff is wonderfully polite and spoke english very well. We will be back for our 3rd time as soon as possible. This is the perfect resort for relaxing no hassels no jersy shore partying honest to goodness paradise.

Absolutely LOVED this resort and our adults only vaca. The staff was so wonderful and helpful. From the time we checked in until the day we left we were in aw of this beautiful place. We were sooo impressed with the variety of food and the taste was amazing at every restaurant. It was so quiet and peaceful. The bed were wonderful with soft and comfy linens. Every night there was turn down service, where they layed out your robs and slippers and a delicious chocolate on your pillow. There's a 'beachlor' who walks around and will clean your sun glasses, give you magazines or books, and a cool cloth. Absolutely LOVED this place and can NOT wait to go back! Thank you ROYAL Cancun

My husband and I stayed at the Royal to celebrate our anniversary. We had a fantastic time. The food is delicious but we had 2 favorites~~Marie, Maria and Asiana. I recommend you reserve a dinner at Asiana where they cook for you, Japanese style. The teriyaki chicken is to die for!! Marie, Maria is a romantic delicious place for dinner. We highly recommend it also. Our fav for breakfast was at Spice having a fresh, made to order omelete every morning. The Lobby Bar is always a relaxing way to spend alot of time. There is wireless internet everywhere (except our room). WE WERE NOT APPROACHED ONCE FOR A TIMESHARE as many other reviewers stated. The pool and beach are perfection. Jump in the waves.....so much fun. We will go back next year. If you are looking to relax, this is your place. Also, the gift shop has very good prices, but just cross the street to Flamingo Mall and shop for souvineres. We only shoped at the stores where they weren't begging for our business.

Had the BEST time! Staff was super friendly & very willing to assist. Whole facility was clean & high quality. The rooms are SOOO amazing, though be sure to find a way to upgrade because the smaller rooms have 2 twin beds,which they don't tell ya until you get there. Pool was superb, as well as the beach. Lots to choose from with bars & restaurants, though avoid Tapas - not impressed! Very romantic & in a prime location. My boyfriend has been to Mexico about 12 times & states this was, by far, the best hotel & staff he has encountered. Awww... the bed was absolutely delightful!!

i went with 4 other girls (all 21 years old) i work for a hotel myself so i know what to look for before going to sleep lol but i loved it here ... no kids running around the food was good (i love spice) everything went well no room problems everyone was so nice n helpful ... im going back to cancun and im staying here i had so much fun!!!!
