    Room was small with no window other than the glass door to the tiny balcony. Although we had a higher floor with a pretty view to the city and a huge tv I felt claustraphobic in the windowless room.The mediocre service didn't hold up to the quality of similar trendy hotels in the area. If you are just looking for a good location and won't be spending much time in the room this place will site you fine. We didn't have time to visit the spa, maybe if we did we would leave with a better view of the hotel.

    We booked this for a weekend visit and were very impressed. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and competent. We loved the modern decor in the room, especially the glass exteior. The formal entrance into the hotel is less than impressive (directly into the bar with the lobby on the second floor), but once you get past that oddity, it is nice.

    Look no further than the Dana Hotel and Spa. Spent my 50th birthday weekend here with my husband and some friends. Everything was beautiful, from the flowers and strawberries waiting in the room to the vertigo lounge on the roof. The location is in the middle of the action for all of the chicago locals. I only wish that we had time to visit the spa. We will have to save that for next time, and there will be a next time. The staff is so accommodating, anything you need they can find for you. Follow there recommendations they are right on point. A must stay. The only disappointment was they wouldn't let me take the bed home with me. I never slept in anything so comfortable. Awesome.

    Interesting rooms. we had a cozy king which was so small that it didn't even have a dresser. excellent location, accomodating service.
