We are a family of 4, mom, dad, 11 month old baby and 3 year old boy. We stayed at this hotel for 5 nigths and it was wonderful. It was very clean. Our room had 2 queen size sleep number beds, 1 twin size sleeper sofa, microwave, and small fridge. They offer free parking and in room free wired internet service. The front desk can provide you with a network cable. The staff was very friendly and eager to help us, they provided us with a crib for our son. Its location is just perfect. Very close to MANY restaurants, the outlet mall was 5 minutes away, sea world and disney theme parks were 10 minutes away. They provide free shuttle service to/from epcot, 3 in the morning and 2 in the evening, and to/from magic kingdom, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely like to stay here next time!!!

Normally i don't write reviews but this hotel was very nice. The sleep number beds were wonderful and the staff was very friendly. We arrived early with another couple and they checked us in with no problems. The cabana bar at the pool was awesome and open everyday. The food next door at the waffle house was very good as well. I plan on returning to Florida in 3 weeks and this is my hotel of choice again. The bathrooms are very nice, but small other than that, enjoy.

Fast and easy check in/out, very very clean and comfortable, still looked brand new. We went to Disney every day and they have a free shuttle that comes at three different times during the day. The pool and whirlpool were both very nice. The hotel is in a great location and there is a 24/7 grocery store within 5 minutes walking distance of the hotel. We were extremely satisfied.

I decided to stay at the Radisson-Lake Buena Vista hotel based on a review that I read from an anonymous couple from NY. Everything that was said about this hotel was on point. I enjoyed myself and so did my son. I plan to visit the Orlando area again real soon and will again choose the Radisson! The staff was very pleasant. I checked into the hotel at 11:46am, and the last shuttle bus going to Epcot was due to arrive in 4 minutes. The woman at the front desk checked us in quickly and asked the bus driver to wait for us while we put our luggage into our room. I want to thank the woman at the front desk again for holding the bus so that we could get to Epcot. THANK YOU!! .

Great hotel. Only amenity that it didn't have was complimentary breakfast but there was a on site restaurant and also a Perkins next door. Beautiful hotel, nice pool - especially when the outside bar/cabana were open - which was only one night of our 6 day stay (not sure why). The housekeeping ladies did a great job everyday. Very nice and friendly. Great location - right by Disney entrance. Lots of great places to eat close and nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay again. Great staff but your Internet connection was terribly slow. Thank you!!
