We had a wonderful weekend at the Grand Hyatt in San Antonio. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. The accommodations are absolutely stunning. The only problem we had was with the housekeeping; they did not replace our washcloths, so when we went to shower late at night - no washcloths! Then the next morning at 9:30 a.m. (we were leaving at 10 a.m. for our flight home), the housekeeper just walked right into our room without knocking. But the hotel itself is gorgeous and convenient to the Riverwalk. Great place to stay; we definitely will stay there again.
