We asked for a chemical free room without feather pillows, etc. due to allergies. We also asked to be on the floors far away from the train whistle that toots at night. All was done! They were very willing to please us with extra coffee, bottled waters, and housekeeping requests were received in a timely manner. The free shuttle to the Wynn and Ceasers Palace were much needed and used a lot. My ONLY criticism is the additional $25 per day "resort fee". We were there 5 nights so the extra unexpected $125 cost was not a welcomed part of our trip. Loved having a stove, but no grocery stores nearby :(

We had an issue with the bed in the original room. When it wasn't resolved to our satisfaction the hotel moved us to another room instantly. All the staff we encountered made us feel welcome and went out of their way to assure our satisfaction. The Hotel and staff totally met our expectations.

room was good, but at night i heard whisle blow of train. i couldn't sleep well. And more, the hotel has no facilities except spa. I couldn't understand why I had to pay resor fee for this kind of hotel. And Everybody has to valet parking when they stay in this hotel. They have no self-parking. They said it's complimentary, but I had to give them a tip whenever in and out. It was a very inconvenient experience.
