My 3 friends & I stayed here for a Labor Day weekend getaway. The hotel was very nice, clean++, staff very attentive, helpful & friendly. Free shuttle to Wynn & Caesar's Palace nice. Didn't read the fine print closely enough or would have seen that there is no casino there. Very surprised to find this on checkin. Didn't expect a hotel from Trump to be without one. That was the only negative. Our stay was an enjoyable one. PS Loved the TV in the bathroom mirror.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, and our suite was huge and beautiful, overlooking the pool. Excellent service overall. Also, I left behind a few articles of clothing (there were so many drawers in the room I didn't check them all) - and when I called, they found them right away and Fed Ex's them back to me! The view from the pool, which is elevated about 7 floors above the strip, was stunning, and many of the people surrounding the pool were also stunning. It's nice to be in a nonsmoking hotel with no casino, because it's quieter and more about luxury, but the entire strip is right there.

The room was beautiful, and comfortable. However, we had to request to have the iPod dock fixed 3 times before they sent someone up a day later. We also requested housekeeping 5 times with an answer that they were sending someone up, and they did not come even though we extended our trip another night. Very disappointing service.
