The food in the hotel was not great, the staff service did not accomedate a customer's needs, room cleaness was terrible and won't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel...will not recommend noone to stay here, definitely not worth the money I spent at this hotel.....even to use the internet you had to pay ridiculous price....

This place does not look like nothing as pictures are shown. I had to carry my bag to my room. i open the door and there is a bad smell more like moldy smell. Tv worked but no control. The were no refreshment on the refrigerator. One of the beds had hairs all over the sheets. Hotel had a few young kids screaming and drinking. This hotel also seems like it allows women working the streets not a good thing when you have kids around. Management was horrible they think they know it all and do not make you feel welcome. There was no free wifi, that food was bad the top shel liquor was horrible. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

I highly don't recommend anyone to go that hostel- hostel is what I would call this place.I arrived at the hotel and left less then 24 hrs. No one speaks English, the place smells like molds, t.v doesn't work!!! They said this place is a resort and spa it sure wasn't. I'm so angry with the travel agency for even advertising this hotel. I did not feel safe at ALL!!! Everyone was looking at me from the hotel due that fact only locals come to this hotel. So if you are tourist I wouldn't recommend you to come this place. I wouldn't want anyone experience the same thing.

A Nitemare. When i arrived my reservation had been Canceled. I was told by Travel online that it was canceled by the Hotel ??. When i Finaly got the room my A/C was not working the room smelled like Mold. TV had no remote. No Phone Did Not Work the whole time I was there. The Bed sheets Smelled like they were Washed an left wet in a bucket to Dry. But the Food was Ok I give them that Much. The beach was good and I was there from 5/28 to 5/30 in 2010
