Check in was timely. Room very small but clean and comfortable beds. Small rooms is OK because most of the time is spent seeing the NYC sites. Hotel is about 7 blocks from Times Square but a nice walk and felt very safe. Hotel held our bags after check out in order for us to walk around NYC until train left in the evening. Good hotel for the price.

First the location is not exactly at Times Square - its about 7 blocks from there. When we checked in the Concierge ignored us, and instead was watching tv with some friends who were hanging out in the very small lobby. My daughters and I had to walk around their group. The woman who checked us in was very nice, but that is where the customer service ended. We were not advised of check out times, nor the fact they needed us out early becuase of a very large group coming into the hotel. We were awakended by the cleaning staff telling us we had 20 minutes to get out. Although there were 3 people in our room, we only had towels enough for 1, and could not get extra amenities becuase the staff was busy. Not the best experience and definitely not worth the money we paid.

Great location!! Room was clean, although rather small. Staff was very helpful. Continental breakfast left alot to be desired- no bagels! (I thought that was a staple for a New York breakfast?!). Parking was convenient right across street. Would definitely stay again! Overall, good stay!
