We went to The Palazzo for a long weekend, and it was lovely. The room was nice - very spacious, but the temperatre was pretty hot at night. The Caynon Ranch Spa was lovely, but it could have been quieter and more serene in the relaxation rooms. We liked Canneletto, Cafe Lux, and Table 10 for meals. Otto provided great service but the entrees were incredibly salty and a bit small for the value. Zine was way overpriced and the menu was overwhelming. Conceirge was very helpful prior to our arrival by making show arrangements by phone and providing suggestions once we got there.

Rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, rooms are extremely elegant for the price, check in was fast unlike other hotels. After going to the Palazzo, I just can't see myself going to Las Vegas and not stay there again. My only single complain was not knowing there was a fee for the shuttle bus to the airport, I'm glad I had money(cash) on me.
