Overall my better half and I found this to be a wonderful place to stay, but there were a variety of small things that bumped it down to four smiley faces rather than five. For example, check-in was an endurance test--we stood in line for nearly 45 minutes before checking in. Another minor issue came with the towels--for what we paid for that suite, I really expected something better than a standard Super 8 bath towel. I've stayed in many legit 5-start places, and what the Palazzo tried to pass off as bath TOWELS would have been bath MATS at any other 5-star place. That said, we would definitely come back again, as the location and size of the rooms would make it worthwhile.

Went with a girlfriend - perfect room to share! Two main TV's and a 3rd in the bathroom. Walls were a bit thin but nothing terrible. Room was very nice, location rocked especially with a Walgreen's underneath so you can buy a GALLON of water for $2 compared to $2 for one small water bottle anywhere on the strip. The only negative was that the closet is very small, and even that's not a big negative. Would stay again!
