The staff was wonderful from the time we arrived through our check out. Each time we had a question or need, the front desk would be able to connect us to who we needed to talk with. [The room had a printer/fax machine but needed paper, we called and soon someone was at our door to attend to this issue.] The Canyon Ranch Spa staff (within the Palazzo/Venetian complex) were excellent also, I was able to take fitness classes and try new things. We also saw the Palazzo show: Jersey Boys and will rave about that for a long time. Overall we had a fantastic time at the Palazzo.

I stayed at the Palazzo on a recent trip to participate in the Las Vegas marathon. Upion arrival, the hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The hotel had plenty of people staffing the desk at arrival and handled a large group of people without a wait. The room was spectacular! It was spacious, luxurious, and came complete with three flat screen TVs, The hotel is expansive with a fantastic shopping area that morfs into the Venetian Hotel offering a great variety of restaurants, shopping choices, and casino options. I am looking forward to staying there again.
