This was our second time staying at the Palazzo. It was fantastic. Check-in was prompt. The overall service for our stay was excellent staff was very attentive to all our needs. We go to Vegas at least once a year, and have stayed at many of the hotels on the strip. The Palazzo is becoming our favorite.

I've been to Vegas many times and stayed at different hotels (Mandalay, MGM, Luxor, Hard Rock, Wynn). The Palazzo (or the Venetian) is where I will stay on all future trips. They're simply the best experience. Everything is first-class and the service is top-notch. I couldn't ask for more.

Once again, The Palazzo lived up to and exceeded my expectations. We enjoyed Christmas in a Prestige suite at the Palazzo. The only complaint I have is the number of children in the Prestige lounge and that complaint would mostly be against the parents who are unwilling or unable to control their children. Otherwise, I can't say enough good things about The Palazzo. The poroperty is beautiful, well maintained and every employee I've encountered has been wonderful. I highly recommend this property.
