The standard room I receieved was not very impressive. The room itself was quite small and the view was sub-par at best as it didn't face the strip. I elected to upgrade to the next higher package to get a strip view and a larger room that was suppose to be more "outfitted!" I was disappointed to learn the fridge in the room was for items placed inside it which were for sale, and that it could not be used for your own personal items. When I asked to recieve a fridge for my personal items I discovered there was an additional charge, even after previously upgrading. It was made apparent that the customer service was not very concerned with customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this hotel, unless you don't mind bad customer service and don't mind getting ripped off.

For the money, I would not stay anywhere else in Las Vegas. The Palazzo is clean, the staff is wonderful and there so much to do in the hotel itself. Furthermore, you have easy acess to the Venetian via an avenue of speciality shops and restaraunts. As a young couple, my girlfriend and I were treated very well by the staff and even got a free room upgrade with a view of the Las Vegas strip. It is also worth mentioning the variety of differnt pools, bars, and clubs within the hotel as well.

This is a great place to visit. The only complaint I could have is that the service at the pool and pool bar were not up to what I have become accustomed to recieving in Vegas. Other than that it was great!
