From the moment you step in the lobby, you are transported into another world. There is a beautiful aroma that lingers in the air that diminishes the cigarette smoke. The casino has high cielings and a good ventilation system, so smoke is not really an issue. Check in was a breeze and after visiting other hotels, I appreciated how wonderful my experience was. They let me check in three hours early which was fantastic. The bellmen in particular were very pleasant and went the extra mile for you. It is a short walk from the lobby to the guest elevators-which is a big plus. The suites were luxurious and the beds are super comfortable. Do not sit on them until you are ready for bed because they are that comfortable and can prove to be dangerous if you need to go places. The cleaning staff were so efficient and took pride in your work that I recommend tipping a small amount daily. The bathrobes were heaven sent since I forgot mine at home. While I was there, they updated the alarm clock to an ipod docking station which was a big plus. I was on the 42nd floor and had a great view of the golf course and the pool area of the Wynn. The room was perfection and take advantage of seeing the hotel based shows like Phantom of the Opera and the Blue Man Group before they leave the Palazzo/Ventian. All in all the stay was excellent and I would definitely return to this hotel.
