We paid a special rate for this stay, I wouldn't have paid the regular price to stay here. Room was nice, but it did lack some things for a luxury hotel. We were in the Prestige section and had free breakfast and cocktail hour. On the downside the bathroom was just ok and it was a little dirty and the code for the free internet did not work.

I loved staying at the Palazzo..with its beautiful rooms and pleasant staff. when my husband and i arrived there on our honeymoon we were so exhausted and couldn't wait to relax in the hotel. We didn't have any trouble checking in...but...there was $100 deposit fee for the hotel....but we would get back after our stay..okay i can live with that...then it wasn't perfectly explained to me that there was an additional $24.00 a night/resort fee...which included the internet...fitness room...valet...etc...none of which i used...and that was non-refundable....not happy...plus when they did that my bank took it out twice...so the whole vacation that i had just started i was already our 224$....and i hadn't even gambled yet...so be advised to make sure you have money to cover those costs for the extra stuff that you may or may not use...other than that i loved the hotel and my view....

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Palazzo. I had a luxury suite and it was more than enough room for one person. The room is huge with more amenities than I could take advantage of while there. I didn't love the bed, but the pillows were great and the bathroom was exceptional. I was also fortunate enough to take advantage of Canyon Ranch Spa on the last day of my stay. I highly recommend the experience.
