My flight arrived late and when I got to the hotel, the room that I had reserved had already been taken. The folks at the front desk were very nice and gave me an alternate room which was not satisfactory. I was switched to my original room the next day.

We loved this hotel !. The room was fantastic and a great value. Our only complaint was that they failed to tell us at checked in that we had to pre-authorize room charges - this was not done automatically so when we went to charge a small purchase to our room ($* for a toothbrush!!!) it was declined. Extremely annoying. It was cleared up immediately but we should have been asked at the time of check-in if we wanted the ability to charge to the room. The answer would obviously have been yes!

Enjoyed the room. I had a special Travel Website promotional rate - so it made it a GREAT deal for the amount I paid. Maid service was good with the exception of one day. Bed was very comfortable. Bell service was phenomenal. Restaurants were good for the most part - but pricey for the quality of food. Even though smoking is allowed at this hotel, you were not overwhelmed by the smoking - and it was masked pretty much when walking through the casino.

The experience was outstanding. The front desk treated us courteously and the room exceeded our expectations. We had done a blind bid on a five star, and this was really an outstanding package for service and value. We ate at LAZO restaurant and it was delicious. Great service, food was excellent, and prices high end but mangageable. We attended Jersey Boy musical and gambled some. Only issue was finding our way iinto the hotel from the parking garage. Signing is a little confusing. We want to go back soon
