I was looking for a clean, inexpensive hotel in Hong Kong for a quick two day trip. This one is a bit out of the way compared to other hotels, but the price is a great value. The rooms are a nice size and clean. The staff is very eager to please. They allowed me to check my bags at the concierge desk several hours prior to check-in so I could explore the city and kept them after check out so I could do more sightseeing. The hotel is a quick trip from Hong Kong airport to Tsing Yi station via Airport Express and short taxi ride to the hotel (about $65HKD). The hotel offers free shuttle service to and from the Tsuen Wan or Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations where you can use public transit to get to shopping, Kowloon or Hong Kong very easily. The hotel is in a nice location overlooking the waterfront between Lido and Ting Kau beaches, with a great view of the Tsing Ma and Ting Kai bridges looking towards the South China Sea.

This HOTEL staff front desk peolple are so RUDE and MEAN! I dont know why the hotel put them in the front desk as they dont know customer service. The hotel should train these front desk customer how to deal with professional and ethical customer service. They show my family an attitude, making faces and very rude when they were! to be fair with the staff their and for peolple here to belive this is a real complain their names are ( Y__ and F__) so at least im note generalizing the whole staff there. The hotel should discipline and reprimand them! I booked this hotel thinking my family will enjoy the trip in hotel but they spoiled it! NOT WORTH TO BE CALLED ROYAL! as they dont treat their hotel well. I have complain this to customer service and inform them how they treated my family there. the hotel manager said they wil linvestigate it but its not worth it anymore, the damage have been done and they have ruined the trip of my family! I just feel bad with my parent ( senior citizen) and my 2 little nephew and niece who experience their bad service and unprofessionalism! If we go back to hongkong, definetly not in this hotel. Hopefully, the hotel will use this complain to improve there service and train their staff with good customer service and satisfaction! we pay for this hotel, this is not free so we deserve to be treated right!
