- Please Note: The reservation age limit for this hotel is 18 years and older. A valid major credit card is required for all reservations. During Spring Break, March 1st-April 18th, guests below age 25 will require a 200 room deposit, which may be paid on a major credit card or in cash at check-in. The hotel also has a wristband policy at all times. Only registered guests with wristbands are permitted on the property. A valid ID is required for all guests upon check-in. Unfortunately, the hotel cannot accommodate pets.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is clean, the staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. The location is great--close to Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonderworks and many other stores activities and restaurants. You will have to drive a short distance to the beach; however all the amenities that the hotel offers is outstanding for the price.

The hotel was in a good location just not on the beach. However the good beach spots were driving distance away anyways. Easy to get in and out of, staff was always wanting to help out, breakfast was always nice and kept up with, and the room was nice.

The hotel was a nice place but they were not willing to give us our ""Free Night"" stay after we had booked 3 nights in advance. The explained that we were to book 4 nights & get one night free. This is not how the advertisement reads. The loop holes in their add on TV & internet caused us to lose our free night. It wasn't a busy time so it wasn't like they didn't have the room. From now on , word of advise, check with the hotel before making your reservations & assuming you will get what they promise.

WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I FIRST ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL AT 3:00 PM WE WERE TOLD THAT WE HAD TO WAIT TO CHECK IN BECAUSE OUR ROOM WAS NOT READY BUT ACTUALLY LATER FOUND OUT THEY WERE OVER BOOKED. ONCE WE GOT IN OUR ROOM FINALLY WE TOOK SHOWERS ONLY TO FIND OT THAT THE TUB HAD A HOLE IN IT THAT LEAKED WATER OUT INTO THE BEDROOM, WHICH GOT OUR LUGGAGE WET N WHEN WE INFORMED THE FRONT DESK THE MANAGER HIMSELF TOLD US THAT HE WAS GOING TO GO WET VACCUM THE WATER UP N PUT SOME PUTTY ON THE HOLE N THE TUB. N ALSO TOLD US TO STAND FROM NOW ON N SHOWER NOT TO ACTUALLY SIT N THE TUB. ALSO WE WERE TOLD THAT THE POOL WAS HEATED ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT IT WASNT. THE ROOMS HAD A VERY FOUL ODOR N THEM N ONE OF THE ELEVATOR DOORS KEPT GETTIN STUCK. WE FINALLY GOT MOVED TO A DIFFERENT ROOM ON THE LAST DAY OF OUR STAY I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN NEVER NEVER NEVER.
