I was disappointed at the temperature of the pools. Even the indoor pool was cold and took awhile to get used to. Also, the staff was not knowledgable of the local bus system. I had read that there was a bus that ran from the aquarium to the zoo. As the aquarium is across the street, I asked where the bus stop was that went to the zoo and the staff (I asked more than once) and no one knew. I feel that the staff should have been able to answer this question. I had not rented a car and used the Marta train and bus system to get around the city. A hotel that sells itself as being near local attrations should be able to direct their clients on how to get to these places.

Internet was a joke, over 4 times slower than 3G on my smartphone because the routers get overloaded, and our floor was only 1/2 occupied. Bed was hard, grout lines in the shower appeared moldy after a shower. Not at all what I expect from a Hilton Property. I'll stay at a Comfort Inn next time. I've never had these kind of problems there.

Since we were in Atlanta for the packer/Falcons game, we were looking for something convenient to the Georgia Dome. The Hilton Gaarden Inn met and surpassed all our expectations. Close to great dining spots to the sight seeing spots. If we go back, it will be a definite place to stay.

My daughter and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn on our recent trip to Atlanta. The staff was very friendly and acted interested in making sure our stay went well. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was great for relaxing after shopping!
