I was skeptical because of the low price, and big size of the room. It was cozy, not new looking, but I did not feel like it was dirty. Huge walk in closet that could have been a small room, and 1.5 baths was perfect for 3 gals! I would definitely stay there again. The only thing that was bad was the small pool. It looked cloudy/dirty.

I've made a prepaid reservation for a New Year's eve of 2010. When after delay with my flight I've arrivied to hotel at 10:30 P.M. I was told that hotel was overbooked and if I wanted a place to stay I could use internet to find myself another hotel. When I said receptionist that she has to offer me another accommodation, she told me that she was too busy for that. After I spoke with the Manager of this place over the phone, she directed a receptionist to find me another hotel. After making one or two calls a receptionist told me that she found a motel for me about 3 miles up north on the Strip. And when I asked her how I could get there knowing that the strip is closed for a New Year's Eve celebrations, I was told that it was my problem. So, I've left my luggage, went to celebrate New Year, made after that a couple of calls myself and find a hotel 3 blocks from Jockey Club, and went there. On the next day, when I came to see a manager she refunded me whatever I've paid for reservation plus a price difference compared with hotel where I eventually stayed. So, that's seem to be OK, but the whole experience with my wife and myself being left on the street at night was very unpleasant.

We (mom, dad and three college kids) stayed here for a few days after New Years. Location is not to be beat - on strip, across from a nice mall and next to Bellagio Hotel. If you are lucky enough to be assigned window rooms on the Bellagio side, you can see the fountain go off. The rooms on the other side have almost no view because the new complex next door is built so close. While that is not great, the room itself exceeds most Vegas hotel rooms in this price range -we paid $* - by a lot. It is very spacious and you don't feel like you are in each others way. You get a full kitchen with dining table and living room connected. It has a TV and a fold out bed. We had a two bedroom so we got those rooms too. Each bedroom had fabulous modern mattresses and clean, comfy bedding and each had its own TV. The three TVs kept everyone happy on the viewing front - plenty of options. The master bedroom had a large bathroom and the other bedroom had a bath next to it. Easy to get to your room in this hotel as they do not have a casino. Top-notch casinos are next door in every direction, so you don't lack that. Has an exercise facility w/ jacuzzi and lots of machines. Also has a pool. Downside is you must valet at this facility. Not too bad though, considering we walked/trammed to everything.

This hotel was okay. It was worth the money. We got a 2 bedroom/2 bath for a pretty good price. I've read several reviews about this place and sometimes it made me feel like changing my mind, but my friends and I decided to stay here since it was in the middle of the strip and the week we went was the week Britney Spears was having her concert. There ARE constructions going on around the hotel. In reviews I read, people complained about the noises. We booked 4 rooms, none of them with the Bellagio fountain view. Two rooms facing the Bellagio side but we could only see the parking lot and 2 rooms facing a brick wall (which made the room really dark). We didn't hear any loud noises. Pool still has a net over it, but it's not bad. Pros: 1. The kitchen was fully equipped 2. Entertainment system 3. THE BED (IT WAS SOOOO COMFY) 4. Non-smoking Cons: 1. Water pressure is bad 2. Q-tips were in a jar, but in the bottom of the jar there were nasty pieces of hair 3. The rooms facing the brick wall 4. The walk to our room was very far (there are 2 towers-we got the far tower) 5. Some plates were dirty 6. Valet and valet manager - they were not very careful and caused a dent in our rental, we went to file a complaint, the manager came outside and saw the dent and yelled out. Then went back inside and said he won't let us file a complaint so make sure you check your car very well. Okay place to stay, worth the money, but I wouldn't stay here again.

-Staff did not know there was a hot tub on the premises. We walked around for an hour elsewhere, until we realized there IS a hot tub (in the rec room). -My party was not allowed to check in to the room until my father arrived (they made us wait at least 45 minutes). -Had to call twice for a roll-away bed. But they wouldn't give us two, only one. We had 8 people, so one person had to sleep uncomfortably on the loveseat sofa. -Website misadvertised the room setup. It said it was a 2 bedroom suite with 2 queens and 1 king and 1 pull-out sofa full bed. There was 1 queen and 1 king and the sofa bed. -Having to park across the way at Bellagio to avoid valet was a pain. And especially not being able to walk right through the construction gate to get to the Jockey Club was worse. -The confusion of the elevators was unnecessary. We had to take 2 elevators just to get to the 10th floor. -The way the lights came on in the bathrooms was blinding. I was almost certain they were going to burst. -An upside is that the hotel is in the middle of the strip. A convenient walk to Miracle Mile, Planet Hollywood and the Bellagio. -I am glad I did not have to park my car with valet. The drivers do not drive the cars respectfully. If I saw a valet worker pull my car up to the sidewalk the way I saw them doing, I would NOT tip. That is disrepectful. -We got a straight view of the wall being built next to us. If you cannot have a view of anything, why pay so much money?
