Someone obviously put some care into remodeling this cute little inn. It's both comfy and Ikea-chic. The two-room suite was nice because it allowed part of our group to sleep in. It's right next to the Cow Palace, which helps in planning transportation. Breakfast is prepackaged danish and yogurt in a small space, but worth grabbing on your way out. I would stay there again.

The hotel room felt like its own small house. Very clean and modern (in design & furniture) which is a huge plus! Staff was helpful, everytime we'd go out and return to our room, they would clean the room and restock on the starbucks coffee, towels, etc. great room service all around. The location was good because it was close enough to the City and far enough where you could have peace and quiet. The Excelsior District was close by and the freeway access (101 fwy) was near too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and stay for another visit.

My room was clean but there were a couple guest that were complaining that there bedding was dirty. My room had a locked door which was the storage room. It was kinda of spooky since it was my daughter & I in the room only. The TV was very small. You get what you pay for. It is close to the Golden Gate Bridge but far from everything else. Service was nice & they has unlimit amounts of Starbuck coffee. Overall I would stay again.

The Hotel was located near an area that is in transition. At first glance when coming in you feel a little uneasy but not to worry. The actual property is very nice and seems very safe and secure. The room was very clean and comfortable. You can park right outside your door. Its like little villas. Location convenient for travels around the area. There is starbucks coffee in the room and the lobby. The owner provides fresh fruit, cereals and pastries in the mornings as well as newspapers for guests. The actual property is located up on a hill behind the cow palace convention center and provides a beautiful place to watch the sun come up in the mornings with a view of the bay. Great value for the money!
