  This turned out to be a good location for us--even tho' we made a mistake booking it. We needed to be on I-12, not I-10, where the hotel was, but the hotel was only 2 miles from the I-12 interchange, so it worked out well. Nothing fancy here--just a clean room, a fridge and microwave and a pool. Having the waffle house next door was a bonus. Hotel "breakfast" did not provide anything suitable for a diabetic, so Waffle House was our choice. Clerk at desk was friendly and professional.

  We just needed a place to sleep at night and clean up. We were there to spend time with family and sight see. This hotel was perfect for that. The location was good for getting to New Orleans and day tripping to the Gulf Coast.

  It was okay for a one night stay. Needed to stay the night to get up early for fishing trip. Needs to be updated. Microwave looks right out of the 70's. Wasn't plugged in, but I think it would have worked anyway.
