Smelly and not clean bathroom, nice view,The hotel is located in Tsuen Wan and about 30-45 minutes away from Nathan Road. The train station (Tsuen Wan) is conveniently located right behind the hotel. If you're going to Hong Kong to do a lot of shopping (which is usually the case), it's going to be a hassle carrying your shopping bags...

We visited on Dec 2009 - Jan 2010 for two weeks, and we love it !! We lived on the 77th floor - the building is very tall even in Hong Kong's standard. The view is great, and the room is very spacious - two double beds, enough for 4 persons. My main concern before booking this hotel is the location. Some people like me remember it used to take half-a-day just to get to Tsuen Wan from Hong Kong (Island). Now the subway (MTR West) station is only about 7 minutes walking distance from the hotel towards, and it can take you to Tsim Sha Tsui in about 20 min. - not too bad if you are a tourist enjoying the time. Local eateries are also great. If you are not local, stay with the two restaurants closest to the hotel. But I do recommend walking out to other malls/markets and be adventurous. Tips: Google the hotel location before arrival. Print the Chinese name as well so the taxi driver knows where to drive you to. GPS does not work that well when there are high-rises everywhere - it is a 2-D device after all. Check the Google street view to find out where you are. There are free masks available for tourist at the airport. Grab a few if you are going to do a lot of walking in some busiest streets in HK. "Octopus" card is highly recommended - it is a pre-paid re-chargeable cash card that is great for transportation and many other applications.

Definitely value for your money if you are in town during low season. This is my second stay, first being May 2007. Seems like they had improved on the closet space from 1.5feet depth to a regular closet depth (good job with the improvement). Room is clean and the hard beds are good for your posture! A stone throw from hotel to Tsuen Wan West MTR while Tsuen Wan MTR is a little farther. Lots of eateries and mall within a block from the hotel. The staff is very helpful. Watch out if you intend to use your laptop cuz the wireless hookup does not work from the room. The freebie internet in the lobby is useful only if they are not constantly occupied by children playing video games. The hotel should consider putting up signs to limit each usage to a mere 15 minutes, this way other guests can hop on for more worthy causes other than video games. Hopefully my third stay at L'nina will see better accomodation as far as using the internet is concerned.

The spacious one bedroom unit was great for our family. The kitchen was a Godsend. Added bonuses: in-suite laundry facilities, great views, location! Meadows is away from the super active areas of Branson. Shepherd of the Hills, Broadway! and Table Rock Lake are MUSTS. The pools are too small to accommodate the number of guests. Branson visitors beware: avoid the Home of the Tossed Rolls (Fall Creek Catfish and Steak House). Rudeandslowservice and awful food! ""Since a conglomerate took it over it's not been the same since,"" per the locals. We'd stay at here again.
