Worth getting the Club rooms for happy hour which is from 5-7pm all the beer wine and food you want. We ate in the bar downstairs and the food was good and not too badly priced but a small bottle of beer was over 10 US. With the club rooms breakfast, free all day soft drinks and afternoon tea is provided. Great towers view from the bar, pool area and traders lounge

I have no complaints about the hotel. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very warm, welcoming and made every effort to make my stay easy and comfortable. The rooms vary in size, as I stayed at this hotel on both the beginning and end of a 2 week trip in Malaysia. One room I stayed in had a view of the Petronas Towers, which was amazing, but the room was small-ish (but nothing to complaint about) however, it had a big bathroom. The 2nd time I stayed there, I didn't have a view of the Petronas towers, but had a "City view" -- and this room was much larger. All in all, though, the difference in size of rooms really was of no importance to me -- both rooms were very comfortable and beautiful. The hotel is a little bit of a business-y hotel, so if that's something you don't want, then I wouldn't stay here. Although, it seems like a lot of the hotels in KL are huge in scale and accommodate a lot of business-people. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again if I head back to KL.

After literally hours of researching hotels for a brief few days in KL,my husband and I ended up selecting the Traders Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. What a fortunate choice for us! The location is absolutely perfect for walking or short taxi rides, the grounds and property are perfectly impeccable and the service was so incredible we truly did not want to leave. We both agreed the service and wonderful attitudes we received from staff members was genuine and sincere and it was evident that the guest was always first. I made contact via email on two separate issues before our arrival and each was attended to the same day or early the following day depending on time differences. We are currently living in the middle east and the relatively short plane ride made Malaysia a good choice, but the Traders Hotel was what truly made this place special for us. We will definately be returning in the near future and have already made a fuss to all of our friends about this wonderful place. Food, service, cleanliness, staff attendance, and location are all 5-star in our opinion. Make a reservation soon also for the Skybar and upgrade to the Executive Club level for cocktails. The concierge service there makes spending the little extra so worthwhile. Many thanks to the staff at Traders Hotel.

Spent 4 days at the hotel. Outstanding service, excellent staff, great food and attentive employees. The staff were very well trained, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. The room is a little on the small size. I had stayed in other 5 stars hotels but this one impress me the most with their service. I had fun. Strongly recommended.
