A little pricey, and since it is across the canal it is slightly isolated, which means unless you want to cross the pond to have a reasonably priced meal or cocktails you will be spending some money! The service from the staff was excellent however, the hotel is very clean and has a beautiful rooftop pool and bar. They do provide a shuttle that is free of charge to multiple stops in Venice, they help with airport transport if necessary.

04/24/2012The luxury is worth it. the rooms are a bit small but the views are beautiful. the breakfast buffet is very good, many selections.

Large, well appointed, quiet, well staffed, expensive services, ferry needed to 'mainland' Venice and to get to hotel from the airport. Be sure to be a Hilton Honors member before going. Lot's of benefits. They screwed up my wake up call on get away day causing agita and problems...otherwise a fine experience.

The arrival to hotel via Alilaguna is easy to access from Airport to the port of the Hotel, The complimentary shuttle service to St. Marc sq is the best to reached to city and available most of the hours! Be careful about your booking with Hilton, twin room means two single bed!? Ask for the pillow, othervise get ready unsleepless night. Concierge is very helpful and best on their services.
