  Awful is the word to describe it. Everyone was afraid to undress and get under the covers. It was obviously an older hotel, but old can be clean. This had wholes in the lampshade and just generally unclean. We will never stay here again.

  The room was clean and less price than we expected. From there it went down hill fast. The room was very cold when we arrived. The hot water was interesting. Broken towel holder in the shower. No way to hold water in the sink. No clock/alarm. We were doing ok until we arrived back at the room for the second night to find the room not make up, no clean towels or wash cloths and we had to make the bed. We were told then we supposed to hang out the room service hanger or they would not make up the room. I think that is the reverse of normal. The bed sheets were way too small for the beds, we slept on the mattress most of the night because we could not keep the sheets tucked. I do not know how this ever got a 4 smiley face rating. It should be a one. We will be contacting travel website directly regarding this motel.
