The hotel staff was very helpful, the hotel is spacious both in rooms and bathrooms. Everything is set in its place, enough towels, the beds are clean, the sheets have NO stains. Very well designed and great view.

Great hotel! Not too far from Universal Studios. Comfortable beds with a beautiful view from either side of the hotel. The area didn't have as many restaurants as I would have thought, only if you are not looking to eat at the hotel there's Dennys, IHOP, and a Del Taco. Parking was ridiculous...Valet:$20...Self Park:$16. The distance from the parking lot and front door is a very long walk, especially with luggage, in my opinion self parking should be free.
