The hotel was excellent, the room was large, equipped with a hot tub and marble glass shower built for two! Bed was enormous. a little hard for me, but perfect for my girlfriend! The only downside was the selection of restaraunts, They were all pricey with the exception of one. Which was down stairs! Great size pool, great workout room. But as heads up, it costs ten bucks to use the gym, however it gives you full access to the world class Spa and sauna! So it's worth it. Though you had to pay for parking, which others complained about. However with the price of the room, and the quality of it and the hotel! Consider yourself lucky! If the walk was too far, they had roving security that would drop at the doorstep in a golf cart!

We have nothing but good things to say about our stay at the Rosen Shingle Creek! Check-in was a breeze, the room was very clean and comfy, the view from the 13th floor was amazing, and the valet service was quick, efficient and friendly! The breakfast and service in the restaurant downstairs was great! We loved lounging by the pool and being waited on poolside! They hotel is gorgeous and the grounds are immaculate! On day of checkout, we called down in the AM to ask for a later checkout time, since our plane wasn't leaving until 4:30, and they were happy to give us two extra hours at no extra charge! Internet was not free, but what we needed from the internet was obtained from the friendly Concierge employees at the asking! We highly recommend the RSC and hope to return again in the future!

My only regret was that I did not stay longer. We had original planned to visit Disney World, but because the resort had so many things to do we took advantage of the Spa and the Pool. We didn't miss going to the park as planned.

05/16/2012Loved this resort but agree the self parking charge of $16.00 is a bit much, it's a good hike up to the hotel.
