Hotel is huge. Sadly I didn't get to tour it all but it was beautiful. 3 pools, great view, room was clean and neat (especially bathroom!), staff was caring and picked my party up from the back of the parking lot to the front door while it was raining, seconds away from turnpike and minutes from sandlake and I drive.

From check in to check out, service was amazing. The hotel staff was extremely helpful with everything I needed, including "vegan" dining and food choices. The rooms are very clean, and spacious. The housekeeping staff is also extremely friendly. Three swimming pools, and numerous on site restaurants make this an ideal resort for relaxation. The hotel is far enough away from the hustle of International Drive, yet just close enough for easy access to I-4 to get to all the parks. Highly recommend.

the room layout was very nice, the pool areas were well keep, the small convenience store had a little of everything in it just in case you forgot or ran out of something or need a snack and drink. a very relaxing & comforting atmosphere. very close to Seaworld & Universal studios & about 15-20 min. drive to Disney World parks and the Airport. I would stay here again on my next visit.
