This hotel was beautiful! The decor was amazing and it was very clean! Ninety nine percent of the staff went above and beyond to cater to our every whim. Our only small issue was at the pool with the girls serving drinks. We couldn't get them to even look at us much let wait us on us, leaving us to go to the pool bar to get our own drinks while other swimmers were enjoying having their drinks brought to them. It seemed they catered to the younger crowd. Other than that everything was beyond our expectations and we would definitely stay there again!!!!!!!!

Does not shuttle to Disney World and charge for airport shuttle.

Overall our stay was pleasant. Most of the staff was friendly with a couple of exceptions. We loved the onsite market to get snacks, drinks, sandwiches etc. I was disappointed however, that the hotel only shuttles to Universal Studios and Sea World. Cab rides to and from Disney World can be costly especially if you use the black SUV that park outside of the hotel. You will pay double. Also I was disappointed that we had to pay for the shuttle back to the airport.

The place is huge with lots of people staying here. When we went to check in we were told rooms were not ready but we could go to the pools and use the amenities which was just fine by me since it was 95 degrees out. When we did get to our room it was the two Queen beds since the hotel was sold out. There was a burn in the carpet from an iron reminding you it's a hotel but other than that it's super nice. The room was cleaned quick and some things were missed but aside from that it was still the nicest place I've ever stayed at.
