My Mom, sister, and myself stayed here for two nights this past weekend. We almost always book at a Rosen Hotel for these semi -annual shopping/ leave the kids and hubbies behind trips. Rosen Shingle Creek is our favorite Rosen Resort. We were well taken care of at the restaurants and bars we visited on site. My Mother is handicapped and Helen at the front desk was prompt and courteous about removing the valet parking charge (they valet park for free for handicapped customers) . There is a Public across the street and a fridge in your room, so you can do breakfast and snacks very economically. The pools were beautiful and well cared for, and they now do complimentary internet in your room. All in all one of our best trips!

I stayed with my husband and two teenage daughters. Room was great parking was expensive and quite a distance away. Valet parking is not that much more and worth it. Pools fantastic. Had some ice cream by the pool. Nature walk was nice.
