Hotel Staff was incredibly friendly. I have never seen the staff care soo much at a hotel. Amenities were also very well done. It aging desperate pools was also very nice as you didn't have to deal with kids splashing in the adult pool. Would definitely stay again.

Everything fantastic except mattress maybe needs an update in the specific room we stayed. My back did hurt all week but given all of the other pluses it is very worthwhile. Many choices for food ranging from cheap to very pricey The staff needs to also enforce the adult only pool since several parents had kids running around when the family pool is right next to it and wasn't crowded. When this hotel doesn't have full capacity and they lower prices on the room it can not be beat for overall experience, close to the action and hence highly recommended. We have stayed there 5 times in the past.

The conference that I attended was held right at Rosen Shingle. What a great choice! The rooms for the classes, the lunches, the staff, everything was right on point. The staff was so pleasant. Just passing the housekeeping staff was a pleasure in how they greeted me. I took advantage of all the amenities I could, especially the Fitness center and dinning. Additionally, the quality of the room was spacious and very relaxing.
