I have nothing negative to say about my recent stay, about the hotel itself or the staff. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend it. Convenient location to all Orlando attractions. As a mom, traveling with a young daughter for a dance compeition, i felt very safe within the hotel, and its location. I am trying to find a reason to go back for a longer stay!

The hotel was nice, clean and had a friendly staff. I would recommend. If you are deciding between valet and self-parking, take the valet. Self-parking walk is a little ridiculous. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would do it again.

this is the third time i stayed there and service was not up to par. First the key maker did not work so security had to let me into my room after they check my id again. I went in and freshened up. Left my toiletry stuff on the counter and took my backpack with me so there were no bags in the room. Room service came in and threw away my toilitries. They replaced them with some cheep toxic stuff after a few phone calls and time on the phone. I will stay again in the future but this time they were off and i hope it does not stay that way.
