I booked this hotel not expecting much but was blown away by the hotel, the staff, the dining and great location. It is apparent to me that the owner must roam the halls on a regular basis as opposed to a larger chain because the entire staff was so attentive. The hotel clearly caters to convention business but families will find it a great spot for a trip to the Orlando area theme parks.

The Hotel is a architectural masterpiece, every thing about it is first class and it is locateded across from convention center, down the street from the big three theme parks. You can get everything on site from a homemade sandwich to Four star dinning. One of my favorites is the 3 swimming pools and the 18 hole golf course.

This is a beautiful, clean and quiet hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated family pool, especially since we had it all to ourselves. Strolling through the perfumed lobby with a latte in hand and jazz in the background made me feel like I was truly on vacation, even though our stay was only a night. The desk staff was kind and courteous. However, I noticed on a couple of occasions that the restaurant staff seemed a bit unprofessional (manager berating employee in public, employee complaining about job, etc.). The location was fantastic and we appreciated having a grocery store conveniently located across the street as well as SeaWorld a short drive away. My only complaint: the pillows felt like bean bags.
