    The location is great but the service is very very poor. they failed to clean our room even though we had left for the beach early in the morning and ...

    The location is great but the service is very very poor. They failed to clean our room even though we had left for the beach early in the morning and when we returned to our room and discovered it was not clean, we called downstairs to request towels. It took over 45 minutes to get towels. The staff was not friendly when we requested the towels, even though we were very polite. There are many places to stay in Sandestin and I am not going to spend my money where I don't feel welcome.

    My experience at the Courtyard By Marriott Sandestin was a pleasant stay. The front desk and the staff was friendly and most courteous. Not only was the room clean and fresh when we returned but the lobby and public restrooms were clean and fresh. I would recommend this hotel and I would most definitely book my next stay.
