- Please note-Mandalay Bay Beach & Pool is now opened for the 2013 season, hours 9am-6pm. Moorea Beach is open with hours 10am to5 pm daily, weather permitting.

I stayed at the hotel in Oct, and we really enjoyed our stay. Check in was a breeze and we had no wait at all. Once we got to our suite the room was in awesome shape it was clean the beds were so soft my wife did nothing but rave about how comfortable the bed were. The elevators were fast and the hotel was so quiet. The casino was not over crowded so we got to do a lot. We loved eating at the House of Blues and enjoyed our freezing drink in Minus 5. The only thing I didn’t like was that the tram stopped running from Excalibur at 10pm. Kind of caught us by surprise. Overall this was a great hotel.

THE ATM MACHINES DIDN'T WORK!!!!!

Everything was great...the room, pools, everything, except the atm machines. The hotel staff after many complaints (many people I know when and complained) said they knew nothing about it and then blamed us saying we didn't have enough money in our accounts or that we forgot our pin numbers. You would think they would have taken care of this problem, we are there to spend money and have a good time, right? After all of the complaining we finally walked across the street to a Mini Market and gues what?...?....our cards worked there!! POOR customer service at the Mandalay Bay!!!! Should have stayed at the MGM like I always have.

The HOTEL accomidations made us feel like celebrate's with the suite we had. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. After being on the strip it was refreshing to come back to The HOTEL being quite and relaxing. If you are looking for noise and congestion this is not the place for you. BUT WE WILL go back there and recommend The HOTEL to any one we know that wants to visit Las Vegas

Stayed at this hotel during a business trip. The immaculate lobby area and the serene aroma was truly a warming inviting welcome. The room was equally appealing with a great work space and room for entertaining. The bathroom which was bigger than the bedroom in some hotels, had a very deep tub and flat screen tv - awesome! I felt like a star. The outside pool area, with the Carribean music felt like we were on the beach in the islands... and then it happened - I hit a jackpot for $1000!!! Life was good that week. I just say Hey, Hey, Hey!!!! to Mandalay Bay, The Hotel
