Great hotel, good location

We enjoyed our stay at the Pan Pacific. EVERYONE was MOST helpful, friendly and did anything they could to answer questions and help in any way. We liked the location as we were near places to visit in Seattle. If we goback we will stay there again!

The location (particularly the entrance) is strange and a bit hard to find. However, once found, we were met with exceptional service on every level. There is a Starbucks off the lobby--a HUGE pro. And we received free parking for the duration of our stay, saved us $120. My only complaints were with the room itself. Though our room only held a Queen bed, it seemed exceptionally small. Also, the sliding pocket door from the bedroom to the bathroom was a bit unnerving. It might have been nice if it locked or if the shower/toilet area were in a private area obscured from view. But the open bathroom plan meant that if your room partner opened the slider, you had a clear shot from the window directly to the toilet or all glass shower. I'm a bit too private for that. Overall, it was lovely and while it wouldn't be MY first choice in the future, I would recommend it to others.

We had a lovely stay at the Pan Pacific. Our particular deal including free valet, which was wonderful. Whole Foods below the hotel had amazing breakfast and its right next to a Starbucks. There is also a great pizza place Tutti Bella and Seastar Restaurant next door.
