A hot tub, an updated pool, and lots of sports equipment (surf boards, bikes, buckets, chairs, boogie boards, shuffleboard supplies, etc.) is there to be checked out. No, the facilities aren't the best. The hotel needs an update, but in terms of bang for your buck, I'm not sure there's a better option. They allow dogs, the hotel staff is stellar, and the location is sublime.

04/29/2012This hotel is down right dirty and nasty! broken-down furniture,mold,non-working stove& noone came when toilet overflowed.staff was rude when we complained!

It wasn't the room that I expected I wanted a oceanview room and the only thing that I could see was the parking lot. The kitchen was supposed to be fully equipped but I got one fork and 3 spoon 1 pan and no pots and the parking is too small not enought parking spaces for the amount of cars. They need a space where people could get the breakfast the space available is to small, the staff was very nice. The pool needs to be clean the walls of the pool are turning green.

I waited to the last minute and this was one of the few hotels I could get on short notice that allowed a one night weekend reservation (most require 2 nights). The rooms seemed to be going through an interior renovation, so there was a mix of old and new (new bathroom tile, old sink table.) The A/C made more noise than I would like. The building overall could use a good renovation. But overall it got the job done in providing a clean beach side place to sleep for the night. I would look first for a better quality hotel for the same price, but in the end this was ok.
