Important Hotel Information
- Please note that guests must be at least 21 years of age in order to check in.
All guests will be required to pay the properties resort fee of 13.78 USD (including tax recovery) daily, upon check-in. This fee covers transportation to the theme parks, use of our fitness center, local and toll-free phone access, WIFI throughout property, and parking.
A valid credit card is required upon check in. If you are using a Debit/Credit card, a hold will be placed upon that account for the full anticipated amount to be owned to the resort to include a 50.00 per day hold to cover incidental charges.
The hotel allows pets 75 lbs and under of a non-aggressive breed. A 200 non-refundable one-time cleaning fee per suite would apply.

Great space for the money. Like living in a condo community. Complex included a beautiful pool with pool-side entertainment. Close to Disney. Has on-site restaurant and many popular places to eat within a few minutes drive. Down the street from outlet mall. Not a walkable neighborhood, though, but a beautiful oasis amongst a commercial district.

My family had a wonderful time at Floridays! The suite was spacious, clean, and offered all the amenities of a house. The pool area was a great oasis. The staff was always available and willing to answer any questions. Floridays is our new favorite place to stay in Orlando.

The hotel was very nice and a good deal for what we paid. However, we did not read the fine print that there was a resort fee and that came as a bit of a surprise when we checked out. We would recommend this hotel to others, just be aware that you will have to pay a resort fee in addition to the price listed on expedia.... We would have given an overall rating of 5 but we rated it a 4 because of the resort fee.
