Important Hotel Information

  • Please note that guests must be at least 21 years of age in order to check in.

    All guests will be required to pay the properties resort fee of 13.78 USD (including tax recovery) daily, upon check-in. This fee covers transportation to the theme parks, use of our fitness center, local and toll-free phone access, WIFI throughout property, and parking.

    A valid credit card is required upon check in. If you are using a Debit/Credit card, a hold will be placed upon that account for the full anticipated amount to be owned to the resort to include a 50.00 per day hold to cover incidental charges.

    The hotel allows pets 75 lbs and under of a non-aggressive breed. A 200 non-refundable one-time cleaning fee per suite would apply.

    My family stayed for three nights. Overall we very pleased. The rooms were clean and having a full kitchen was quite nice. The pool was heated to 84 degrees. The 12 dollars per day resort fee is a drawback but compared to some hotels that charge for parking I did not complain. Locatioun is great, assuming you have a car. Only negatives were: 1. The wireless connection was very weak and not really accessible in the pool and bar area as advertised. 2. The in-room Starbucks coffee was only for one night (starter kit) which is different than what was stated at check-in Would certainly stay again.

    Stayed Nov 1-8 on a trip to Disney with 2 adults and 4 kids (10,14,16,16). We stayed in the 3 bedroom unit. Very reasonable rates for the space. (we would need 3 separate rooms at other hotels because of double beds). The rooms were very spacious and the kids liked the 2 double beds in each room. We received daily towel changes, trash pickup and the beds were made (not changed daily but that's ok). The internet connection was good (bring your own cable or go to the reception area). The front desk crew was nice. We didn't have any problems with the room so don't know how they would handle them. Did lock ourselves out once and they gave us a new key right away. The kids said they loved the pool (can't say because I never made it there). It was a 10-15 drive on 2 main roads to get to the disney parks. We didn't get stuck in any traffic even though the parks were fairly crowded for November. The 16 year old girls took the i-ride to the premium outlets international (daytime and lots of stops but no problems) from the main road in front of the hotel. There are lots of restaurants a few miles down international drive, and another set of outlets are just around the corner. You should have a car staying in this area so you don't have to rely on buses and the hotel shuttle. There is a Super Walmart a couple of miles away and a grocery store just down the street. Great places for souvenirs and the breakfast, lunch and drink items we needed. We did not eat at the hotel. Overall a very nice experience. Remember to add the resort fee to your budget ($12+) per day.

    My family absolutely loved this resort! Booking a hotel sight unseen is somewhat risky, but we hit the jackpot here! The price was great, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the pool was amazing. My two sons, age 6 and 4, begged to stay and swim instead of going to the theme parks! We will absolutely stay here again, and would recommend Floridays to anybody! Another HUGE perk is the in room grocery delivery service provided by the hotel. We arrived at our room to find all our groceries put away and ready for us, leaving us more time to relax and enjoy the week...absolutely worth the minimal fee for the service! The hotel staff is friendly, courteous, and very helpful in every way! I give this place an A+++!

    I was very happy with my stay at the Floridays Resort. The room was very clean and spacious. It had everything that was stated on the website. I would definitly stay there again. It was very close to all the parks and the staff was very helpful. We even turned the heat on accidently and didn't know it, so when we smell something funny and called the front desk, they were at the door in a flash to corect the problem, even though it was our fault.
