Important Hotel Information

  • Please note that guests must be at least 21 years of age in order to check in.

    All guests will be required to pay the properties resort fee of 13.78 USD (including tax recovery) daily, upon check-in. This fee covers transportation to the theme parks, use of our fitness center, local and toll-free phone access, WIFI throughout property, and parking.

    A valid credit card is required upon check in. If you are using a Debit/Credit card, a hold will be placed upon that account for the full anticipated amount to be owned to the resort to include a 50.00 per day hold to cover incidental charges.

    The hotel allows pets 75 lbs and under of a non-aggressive breed. A 200 non-refundable one-time cleaning fee per suite would apply.

    I was pleased with our stay. The space was large and provided the needed room for my family. The pool was heated and provided a great space for my kids to splash and swim. The staff was nice as were the folks staying at the resort. It was located in a great area near, shopping, dining and attractions. Everything was a positive for us except the bedding. I would prefer a better comforter and sheets. Outside of the bedding everything was great for our stay. We would stay at the resort again in the future.

    It's like a home away from home while on vacation! Traveling with two children, this resort served our needs perfectly. Cooking for yourself can save plenty, not to mention the price alone is comparable with hotels without the kitchen. Laundry equipment adds to the ""value"" side of a lengthy stay. Check in, make a quick stop to the supermarket (only a couple blocks away) and you will have the foundation to a stress free family vacation. Nice decor, comfortable beds. Housekeeping is minimal, so don't expect someone to clean for you (just like at home). Nicely supplied kitchen. Nice place to simply ""hang out"" if you need a break. About 15-minutes travel time to Disney is close, but just off the beaten path.

    I recently stayed at Floridays and was very pleased with the property. All the suites are 2 bedroom and 2 bath with tv's in both bedrooms and a large flatscreen in the living room. It was very clean and seem fairly new. The staff was very helpful. I certainly would recommend staying here. The location is great too because it is close to everything. There is an outlet mall just a couple of miles down the road. The pool was great. The only negative was no free internet access.

    Hotel applied a $11.00 per day ""resort fee"" for the use of fitness center and a few other things. Tredmills were out of order. No room service, stayed 7 days, they don't change the sheets make the beds. The only service they offer is grabage pick up and fresh towels. Room was dirty, but when brought to managments attention it was taken care of. Nice place great location, but stayed here twice now and don't think I'd come back. They really need to deep clean the rooms and strive on housekeeping. Pool is great. Arcade is for older kids and cost more money then the bar! Have a good time Orlando is great!!!

    WE ARRIVED ON NEW YEARS EVE TO A 2 BED APT THE WAS NOT THE ONE RESERVED. NASTY SMELL IN THE ROOM. ONCE APT WAS AIRED IT WASN'T TOO BAD. NO HOUSE KEEPING IN TWO WEEKS. WE HAD TO CALL 5 TIMES TO RECIEVE CLEAN TOWELS. IT TOOK 5 HOURS FOR THE TOWELS TO COME AFTER MANY CALLS TO THE FRONT DESK. THE ROOMS ARE EXTREAMLY COLD. GROUND FLOOR APT ARE VERY DARK AS NOT MUCH LIGHT GETS INTO THEM. HOTEL SHOULD NOT HAVE A 4 STAR RATING, THE QUALITY INNS ON I-DRIVE IS A CLEANER HOTEL WITH A LESS STAR RATING. WE HAVE BEEN TO ORLANDO 7 TIMES IN THE LAST 3 YEARS AND THIS IS THE WORST PLACE WE STAYED IN.
