Important Hotel Information
- Please note that guests must be at least 21 years of age in order to check in.
All guests will be required to pay the properties resort fee of 13.78 USD (including tax recovery) daily, upon check-in. This fee covers transportation to the theme parks, use of our fitness center, local and toll-free phone access, WIFI throughout property, and parking.
A valid credit card is required upon check in. If you are using a Debit/Credit card, a hold will be placed upon that account for the full anticipated amount to be owned to the resort to include a 50.00 per day hold to cover incidental charges.
The hotel allows pets 75 lbs and under of a non-aggressive breed. A 200 non-refundable one-time cleaning fee per suite would apply.

It was a great experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful resort. It has everything you might need or want. I loved it. My experience in Orlando would have not been the same if I'd stayed else where. When I stayed in Florida it wasnt too warm but i really wanted to go into the pool, and to my surprise they heat the pool so you can go in it even when its cool outside. I loved it. Its near many attractions and restaurants. oh and it also has a jacuzzi in the room. the master bedroom is beautiful

Like most, I pick my hotel based on rating. I would give this resort/hotel 2 stars, 3 stars at most. It new and currently under construction, which I did not know. I did not like the location, I felt I was in the middle of no where. There was a nearby 7-Eleven/Publix but you had to walk on a unpaved trail along the freeway....try that while pushing a stroller with a 1 yr old. The resort was very pricey for common things (drinks at the bar were more expensive than DISNEY WORLD!) The pool, I must admit, was nice. They claim to give you free coffee in your room every morning which is a total lie. Upon checkout, you have to pay something like $11 daily for hotel fees which includes the coffee. I don't mind the fee but at least include the sugar and cream with the coffee (instead they told me to buy my own). DSL internet is included in the fee (given the cost and today's technology, I expect WIRELESS). I can go on and on.........it has the potential for a 4-5 star, just not yet! Forgot to mention the workout room, the room was no more bigger than my living room with 2 treadmill, 2 stairclimber, and a cable machine that didn't included exercises for the arms! Serious, given how big the resort is, how does it expect to accommodate its customers. Shame, shame......for 11 bananas a day in fees, provide what you promise!

The resort rooms are actually fully equipped condos with kitchen, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining area and living room. Large TVs in most rooms. Balcony with table and chairs. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, toaster, microwave, washer and dryer -- all this and more are provided. They clean the room daily. Two swimming pools; one bar by the pool; deli provides cooked meals which can be eaten inside, outside, or brought back to your room. Just sandwiches and pizza available for lunch or dinner though. There is a large grocery store a few blocks away and many people shopped there for food and liquor. Resort provides free shuttle service to all the parks and there is a bus and shuttle available on the main highway which takes you to all of the shopping districts and restaurants. I would definitely go back to this resort.

We enjoyed our stay at Floridays. It was a nice, well maintained property that was convenient to Disney and Sea World. It was a great family place with a well stocked full kitchen and a nice outdoor pool for the kids. Hotel staff was friendly. Only two complaints--the advertised shuttle to the parks was misleading. They only have one 14 passenger van for the entire property, you have to book in advance, and everything was booked up when we arrived. One van making only several trips a day is not really a shuttle service for the size of this property. They also seemed to be understaffed in the housekeeping dept. Our room was not serviced until 5-7pm on most nights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return again.

The value for this place is incredible. We stayed in an immaculate, comfortable two bedroom condo for less that the price of a hotel room. The staff were all extremely helpful and polite. I would stay here again in a hearbeat.
