Important Hotel Information
- Please note that guests must be at least 21 years of age in order to check in.
All guests will be required to pay the properties resort fee of 13.78 USD (including tax recovery) daily, upon check-in. This fee covers transportation to the theme parks, use of our fitness center, local and toll-free phone access, WIFI throughout property, and parking.
A valid credit card is required upon check in. If you are using a Debit/Credit card, a hold will be placed upon that account for the full anticipated amount to be owned to the resort to include a 50.00 per day hold to cover incidental charges.
The hotel allows pets 75 lbs and under of a non-aggressive breed. A 200 non-refundable one-time cleaning fee per suite would apply.

stayed here 3 times now for about 25 days total. Great for families or groups of 3 or larger. Very nice condo's clean most of the time nice pool and only 5 minutes from seaworld and 12-13 minutes from the magic kingdom. Publix walgreens just couple hundred feet away. Everything u need dishwasher laundry machines cooking utensils dishes cups, etc. Just dont expect it to be like a hotel. Room service is pitiful, you basically have to move your own luggage, and housekeeping just makes the beds and replaces used towels. Nothing more even if you give them a big tip. As long as the low level of services dont bother u, its a great place to stay, one of the best around except for the hilton grand vactions club on international drive. Its around the block and Better in just about every way , except only 2 bedroom condos and a long, long walk to thew pool area.

This resort was beautiful! It was very clean. All of the personel were very kind and helpful. The grounds were immaculate.We enjoyed our stay there and would love to visit there again. The location was ideal. It is central to Disney and Sea World.

My husband, children, and I just returned from a 6 day/5night trip to Orlando. We stayed at the Floridays Resort. What a great place! The unit we stayed in was clean and nicely decorated. The staff we dealt with was friendly and professional (this included grounds and housecleaning staff you'd see out and about). Our beds were made daily with fresh towels brought in and trash emptied, which was all we needed. The kitchen was completely outfitted with everything we'd need to prepare meals, and all the appliances were in great condition. The washer and dryer in the room were a great benefit. We were in a building that was close to the quiet little pool, but a distance from the main pool. That worked out well for us as we didn't have to hear the pool noise all of the time. We used the main pool as we have kids, and the small pool seemed like a nice quiet area for adults (we didn't want to change that!). The only thing I would improve upon is the fitness center. I used it once, and didn't go back. A few newer and higher pieces of quality equipment would go a long way, also disenfectant spray should be available to clean machines where you are done working out. One the I would change is allowing children under 12 in the spa (currently allowed with a parent or adult). It was hard to relax and decompress when there were small children playing in it. All and All, a terrific place to stay. Thanks to the great staff at Floridays!

Great place to stay in Orlando. I have been in several hotels in this area, and this is by far the best deal I got. We stay in a 2 bedroom suite. The room was perfect, the master bedroom with a 42"" TV and a king bed, nice furniture, not new but in a very good shape. The master badroom with a 3 person jacuzzi. The other room with 2 queen beds very spacious. The kitchen was not with all the complete amount of compliaces, but it was not a big problem The hotel facilities includes a very well equiped fitness center included in the price. The only problem was that they gave us a PB room with a parking lot view. Just a few miles from Disney, Universal and Sea World and around the corner of Orlando Premium Outlet. I strongly recommend this nice, very nice place.

We had a five night stay at the Floridays on International Drive. The hotel amenities were exactly what we were looking for. We had a two bedroom suite which was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The pool area was large with plenty of chairs for everyone and extras if needed. The pool and hot tub were clean the area was well stocked with towels. They had a weigt room that my son used and enjoyed. The market was stocked with emergency items and the food was good and reasonably priced. Just watch out for room service charges....they are a little over the top. Walk down and get your own food after you order it. The housekeepers and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Good customer service. We were going to stay on Disney property but found the Floridays to be as nice and more reasonably priced than Disney and we had discounts available to Disney resorts and we still found Floridays less priced and just as nice. We would definitely stay again and will in the next couple of months when we take our second trip to Orlando.
