Important Hotel Information
- Please note that guests must be at least 21 years of age in order to check in.
All guests will be required to pay the properties resort fee of 13.78 USD (including tax recovery) daily, upon check-in. This fee covers transportation to the theme parks, use of our fitness center, local and toll-free phone access, WIFI throughout property, and parking.
A valid credit card is required upon check in. If you are using a Debit/Credit card, a hold will be placed upon that account for the full anticipated amount to be owned to the resort to include a 50.00 per day hold to cover incidental charges.
The hotel allows pets 75 lbs and under of a non-aggressive breed. A 200 non-refundable one-time cleaning fee per suite would apply.

The rooms were very spacious. The Master bedroom was separate from the children's room which was great. The had a television and we had a television so there was no arguing over what to watch. The bed was large and comfortable. The bath had a jacuzzi tub which was very relaxing. The pool was a bit of a distance away from the room but it was large located near the lobby. There was a smaller pool located closer to the room. The use of the computer in the business center was 20 cents per minute which I thought was high. There were multiple buildings in the complex and we discovered it was a purchase a room hotel. We did not have anyone approach us about purchasing anything which was a relief. After a good nights sleep we were ready to take on Epcot! We wished we could have stayed longer but our plans took us elsewhere.

My family and I stayed May 18-23, 2009. We stayed in building F102. Having two rooms and 2 bathrooms is perfect for any family. My husband and I had our privacy and our teenage daughter had her privacy. The resort is well maintained and beautiful on the outside, the rooms are spacious and comfortable (the beds were comfy), house keeping always left things immaculate, and the people are exceptionally hospitable. All the furniture, carpets, etc were in great shape. The big screen tv and the huge tub in the master was wonderful. The kitchen has everything you would need for any length of stay and the washer and dryer comes in so handy! Plenty of toiletries, laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, etc. The front desk and bellhop were so efficient, nice, and extremely helpful for anything. The free shuttle service to the attractions worked out smoothly. The downside is without a car there wasn't any restaurants or stores close enough to walk to. It's quite a distance to anyplace. The cafe didn't have much to choose from and no complimentary breakfast. Taxis were a bit expensive so make the trip to the store worth it. Make note that buildings D, E, and F are a distance away from the Registration so ask for the golf cart to take you to/from instead of walking especially when you are tired after a day at DisneyWorld. Keep in mind there is a $12 resort fee. Other than that, the resort is wonderful!

This resort is definately a great family place. It is quiet, big enough to accomodate all their guests so you don't fee like you are "surrounded" by other guests all the time. There is a limited selection of Starbucks drinks in the store/snack area, which is sufficient if you are a daily coffee drinker like I am. The pool was clean and fantastic, plenty of room and there is a sand area that is right off the pool for little ones to play. There are towels provided in the pool area for guests, so you don't need to worry about bringing any from your room. If you don't have kids there are a couple of other pools in the resort that are more appropriate for you. The kitchen is not fully supplied, but definately sufficient for vacationing needs. There is a Walmart and several other grocery stores near by. We will definately stay here again, great value, and close to what we wanted to do. The other resorts that are right near this did not appear to be as nice as this one, but it was a nice area all around. We did not use room service, and the bar drinks were pricey, which was expected. Staff varied from very friendly to cold, also expected, clean towels and bed mades everyday, mattresses were clean, bedding clean. Loved having the washer and dryer in the room, this was an excellent convenience.

We just returned from our trip today. The Floriays was a beautiful place to spend our vacation. The room we selected was a two bedroom suite which was great for a party of five. The condominium was equipped with a full kitchen which was pretty good if you wanted to cook and relax. The washer and dryer was a plus because we did not return with any dirty laundry. The pools were great for adults and children plus they are planning to open a water park. I was told by one of the employees of the facility. The location was another plus because it was located near the main roads. It was close to all the major attractions and alots of stores and restaurants to choose from. The staff was very helpful and housekeeping was very attentitive. The Floridays Resort met all of our expectations and exceeding them. We all plan to return back soon.
