Important Hotel Information
- Please note that guests must be at least 21 years of age in order to check in.
All guests will be required to pay the properties resort fee of 13.78 USD (including tax recovery) daily, upon check-in. This fee covers transportation to the theme parks, use of our fitness center, local and toll-free phone access, WIFI throughout property, and parking.
A valid credit card is required upon check in. If you are using a Debit/Credit card, a hold will be placed upon that account for the full anticipated amount to be owned to the resort to include a 50.00 per day hold to cover incidental charges.
The hotel allows pets 75 lbs and under of a non-aggressive breed. A 200 non-refundable one-time cleaning fee per suite would apply.

We booked a 5 day/5 night family vacation over the 2009 Christmas holiday at Floridays resort and had a wonderful time. The 3 bedroom/2 bath condo we had was very clean and spacious and pretty well equipped with the basic kitchen tools. However, if you are someone who loves to cook the kitchen tools may fall a little short, but who does a lot of cooking on vacation anyway? Housekeeping provided a "refresh" free of charge, which basically amounted to bringing you clean towels. Actual cleaning required a $30 a day fee, which we opted out of. Since we attempted to keep the place clean ourselves we were a little disappointed that there were no cleaning products provided - i.e, soap for the dishwasher, glass cleaner, sponges, broom, etc, with the exception of a very small bottle of very watery dishwashing liquid such as what you would use to hand wash dishes. We found a few things wrong in our unit (broken blinds, light fixtures missing) but they were fixed right away. The pool and other common areas were beautiful and very well kept, although the cafe items were overpriced. Luckily it was conveniently located near Publix supermarket, gas stations, restaurants, Wallgreens, malls and many attractions. Free cable and internet was great. The staff was friendly and professional. All and all, a good value and we would definitely stay here again.

My family stayed at this hotel for 4 nights just before returning home for Christmas. The three bedroom apartment we stayed in was really spacious and comfortable but there was very little natural lighting. The hotel was right next to a great outlet mall, Publix and Walgreens. There were also a good number of eateries nearby. With 4 televisions my 3 kids (all under 10) were well occupied and quiet! I had problems all the times I called the reception I keptn getting put on hold and forgotten about. They appeared understaffed. Security was another concern unlike other similar properties we have stayed in there was no gated enterance and no security to check the comings and goings of guests. This was particularly scary when I came back from shopping after midnight in one instance. All in all it was really good value for money. We travel to Orlando at least twice a year and will most certainly consider staying there again if the rates stay low.

Condos are decent, ON THE SURFACE - spacious, full kitchen (nice for breakfast before heading to the parks for the day), washer/dryer. OK amenities provided by Floridays (wireless internet, pools, basic fitness center) but nothing fancy. If you are headed to Disney for a vacation, this is probably acceptable as you'll be spending most of your time at the parks. Proximity to parks is not bad (< 12 minute drive to all). Grocery store and a few common chain restaurants are next door. Now for the negatives: 1) Resort fee is bogus - you get little more than someone coming in to drop off towels, pick up trash, and pull the bed together. No cleaning and no fresh bed linens. 2) Bed linens weren't clean AND they don't change them. 3) They seem to have some plumbing issues (toilets mostly) - they were loud and run constantly requiring manual intervention. 4) The place is noisy and must have thin walls - kids running, late night parties, and unless you call to complain about the parties, the Floridays security and ops staff do nothing. It took a 3AM call for them to come to a VERY loud party on our floor that they should have been aware of. 5) We had a local bakery deliver a birthday cake for my 10 y/o son - a miscommunication between the front-desk and the concierge desk led to us not getting the cake upon arrival for his birthday celebration. They dropped the ball big time and did nothing to make up for it. 6) You will likely need to plan to eat either in the Disney area or up international drive - the local places aren't great (Outback, McDonalds, Subway, etc). It wasn't the worst place we've stayed but we wouldn't stay here again.
