Important Hotel Information
- Please note that guests must be at least 21 years of age in order to check in.
All guests will be required to pay the properties resort fee of 13.78 USD (including tax recovery) daily, upon check-in. This fee covers transportation to the theme parks, use of our fitness center, local and toll-free phone access, WIFI throughout property, and parking.
A valid credit card is required upon check in. If you are using a Debit/Credit card, a hold will be placed upon that account for the full anticipated amount to be owned to the resort to include a 50.00 per day hold to cover incidental charges.
The hotel allows pets 75 lbs and under of a non-aggressive breed. A 200 non-refundable one-time cleaning fee per suite would apply.

Floridays is a good base camp for all major Orlando attractions. Rooms are spacious and have almost everything you need to feel at home. Balcony overlooked the lake and spent most early mornings counting turtles and ducks. Good for families with small children.

Our first stay on Int'l Drive and we loved this resort. Felt like a home away from home. We were in building E which was very quiet and right next to the smaller pool. Very nice resort and would most likely return there when in the area.

My husband, 2 daughters, and I stayed at Floridays in April 2011. It was our first time in Florida, and we couldn't have picked a better resort!! The suite was amazing, very clean, lots of towels, free wifi which worked really really well. We stayed in building C, and it was only a 2 minute walk to the main pool with the kiddy area (which my 5 year old LOOOVED) and a 30 second walk to the smaller pool... we had such a great time..we all slept well. Our youngest daughter was 5 months old when we stayed there are the only complaint I'd say I have is that they didn't provide crib linens for their travel cribs...we had to fashion a fitted sheet from a standard sized sheet...other than that..amazing amazing time! Staff was very friendly and accomodating...when we arrived, the baby's travel crib wasn't in the suite as we'd requested..called the front desk and within 10 mins someone was there with the travel crib. It was very close to a Publix grocery store (as you have to stock your own kitchen w/ food)...the outlet mall was just around the corner... We went to the Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom during this trip and Floridays was about a 10-15 minute drive away. I would reccomend Floridays to anyone heading to Orlando!
